hey everyone out there in happy plant land! i am soo glad to see so many people with a common passion for things which grow~

i too get my fingers dirty as much as i can, and i am able to do it for employment, for fun, and for food. i run a small landscaping company, i fare at the farmers market, i can almost make it through the winter from what i grow in the summer, and there is no shortage of color around my house.

i have come to this site because once again i am broadening my horizons and soon i will be the extremely proud owner of a 30 acre peice of land. i will need much advice on starting a small nursery, and greenhouse, among many other things.

i look forward to learning and sharing with you all!!

Hi Sidheblooms; you sound like you already know alot about gardening with your landscaping business. I live on 50acres of land, however I was City bred and over the years had only luck with best of bugs and weeds -no matter what I did. I now am working at flower gardens and so far they are looking really good; I will have to wait until next spring to see if my perennials come back.
I "see" you doing well on your acreage.
IN LOVE AND LIGHT
