There is a spot on the forum where you can look at "monthly reminders"(it's at the top of the home page) I'm not too sure if ther is info specifically about petunias,but I think it's an "in general" thing.
This is the best gardening site so I hope you find your petunia info and anything else you need!

What are you wanting to do with your petunias flutterbee? I live in Indiana as well, come fall I pull mine since they are an annual. I have some in containers that went about 2 weeks ago and some in the ground that still look beautiful.

hi, mine are out side in hanging baskets, I just didn't know if I could bring them inside for the winter/fall? Or if they just die after summer?

Yeah they will die if you try to keep them they will look awful. Not worth the effort. You might want to try to keep the pots in a place where they wont freeze start watering in the spring and see if they reseeded themselves though. Welcome to our forum. What part of this wonderful state are you from? Putnam County myself.

Yes I have noticed! I will keep up as much as possible I added you to my buddie list. I can't wait to go buy some mums I love fall and all the colorful leaves! I started getting out all of my fall decorations last night! Do you get the yankee candle catalog? They have got some cute new things in there! I think I will let my petunias go and save the baskets and fill them with some fake fall flowers!!!

I love fall too! In another post I was just saying how I was ready to decorate for fall! We put big corn stalks at each end of the house and on both sides of the front door, with big fall decorated ribbons tied around them and pumpkins and gords at the base of them and then in the front we put a few bails of hay with a pile of pumpkins in front of them. By all means fall is the best time of year. I will add you to my buddy list too. I cant wait to get my mums too. I have been thinking about putting them in my window boxes. I have 6 in the front of the house. Cant make my mind up though.

Sounds like we have a lot in common! We are going to the corn stalk maze/petting zoo at wendles farm in Brookville some time soon then the apple orchard. I can't wait!

We do the apple orchard too. The one here has a huge hog roast and then a wagon ride out to the pumkin patch to pick your pumpkin.

I just joined today. Glad to see some Indiana folks here.
I am usually in Indiana at this time of year, for the Parke County Covered Bridge Festival in Mansfield. We have a cabin in Mansfield and go there twice a year, in April/May, and September/ October. This year because of my husbands cancer, we will not be there for the festival for the first time in 20 years. Have been to Greencastle lots of times, I am not sure where Coatesville is--will have to look it up!
