luvmylabs Junior Member L Joined: Sep 2005 Ohio	Last winter, I winter sowed a plant. The name wore off during that time so I dont know what it is. It is now about 4 to 5 feet tall. Dark burgandy hardy stem that has blooms comparable to astilbes bloooms. But it is very big. The very hard winds knocked my swing off my porch and onto the beautiful plant and its still living, however, the thick stem is in half. Anyways, I dont know what it is!!! Can someone please please help me and let me know???????? Thank you

It was very tall and now its just surviving being bent in half, but still surviving. I seen that this is an annual. I was hoping that it would come back next year. Are the seeds in the flowers? I will see if I can dry them out and start over for next year. Thank you again!! Dawn
