SilenceOfTheClams Junior Member Joined: Nov 2005 Illinois	Did you know that even deactivated cell phones... if they are charged... can still be used to make a 911 emergency call??? I didn't know that but learned of it today and thought I'd pass it on! Something to consider for those people who may be hitting the roads for the holidays... Interesting news to know and hopefully no one has to implement it!
