Cindy; I think I'm getting the same result.

I put your picture in my photobucket...
...then pushed the "edit" button above the picture.
I clicked 50% of the original size...

It gave me this...

...which is actually 25% of the original size.

That is the first time I have used Photobucket to re-size a picture.
I use my own photo program.
So...maybe you should go with 75% of actual size.

We'll get it straightened out!
Don't give up!

Always do 75 percent first...once it's made small you can't make it big again.....so if it's too big with 75 percent you can always go in and change it again.

That's really weird that it's not reducing it.

This is a dumb question but after you hit 50 percent you hit the resize button right? I know, dumb question----

From my view,75% and 50% look the same. Let's try 25% of the same picture.

Wow it got really small all of a sudden!

My last 3 post's pictures all look the same; although they are supposed to be 75,50, and 25 % of the original.Help me Hostesses.

Post one of your bigger pictures that you haven't resized yet and I'll see what happens for me if I try it.

To afgreyparrot, it looks like I should post with 50% from my original photo. I'll go with that. let me know if it if needs to be less.

Ok loz; here's the original of the same backyard photo not reduced at all.

From my perspective; this the best view of my backyard;submitted 100% from a camera that is only a 1.2 megapixel. You hostesses tell me what is best to submit for the website.

And I mean that in the most sincere and kindess way ladies.

Okay, I saved your picture and uploaded it to my PB....when I browsed and put your image in an uploaded it it automatically resized it to this size.

At 75 percent of the original it gives me this:



I can't figure out why it isn't automatically resizing your pictures for you, it always does that for me....this has me stumped.

Oh shoot, that's why they look the same size....when you change the size it changes the picture size wherever you posted it....but that is at 75 percent, both of them.

I think if i just reduce them to 50% on photobucket; they'll be alright for here. I just have to remember to do it before posting.

Attention Hostesses; I just posted some pictures at 50% at forum: plant and flowers> mosses turning brown. I might try 25% next time.

Thanks Loz,I think i'm getting it. :)Yeah they do remind me of a 31 Flavor ice cream place;not exactly sure why.Probably plant something else there next year;probably an annual or two.
