I was a member several years ago. For whatever reason I stopped using the site as much as I did in the past. So I re-registered and am back. As I remember it Bill Baurain was going to take break from being so much in the foreground because the site had gotten so big. Is Bill still part of the site? I have, since the last time I was here, bought a place in the county with about 4 acres of non-used cropland we are going to convert back to nature, so to speak. A lot of work is in store.

Hello & welcome back Oh you have a blank slate to work from...me too, just moved out in the country nestled between a soy bean field & a corn field. I bet you are as excited & overwhelmed too, I know I am lol:) Nice to see another old member return...I just did the same.

The actual location, If your interested, is a little bump in the road near the Ohio county, Daviess county line in western KY called Maxwell. I have part of a farm that was sold off and divided in 1979. We bought the property that the former owner built his new home on, (1979. His Daughter and her husband live next door, and there are several houses on this part of the road. I have neighbors.
Proposed and plnted variaties are or will include: Fruit tress, prennials, Hardwoods, Grapes, Blackberries, a hummingbird butterfly wildflower garden, a water feature and grass. Next summer my oldest daughter will be married in our back yard.

Peaches, Plums, Cherries, Apples and Pears..

growing up as a kid in the country we all that stuff wild *'cept the peaches*
We even had elderberries, raspberries, blackberries, thimbleberries, black raspberries,
strawberries and my Grampy had grapes and rhubarbs and plums and pears..
oh gosh my mouth is just watering, thinkin' about it all... I used to eat my way thru summer vacations...

entire adventure with your future endeavors...

We have a member here, Buttonsmom, that has a garden *a bible garden* but she had people come and take pictures there for their weddings, it was such a nice setting for wedding pictures...
