Thanks so much you guys! Doug buried him out back beside our beloved Cuervo and K.C. Poor Storm keeps searching for him, she wound up in bed with Doug and I last night. NOT something that we normally allow, but Summer spent the night with friends and Storm usually sleeps with her. I can't believe he's gone. This whole thing seems like a horrible dream- I just wish I could wake up and everything would be OK. Whoever hit him never even slowed down, there were no skids or anything.  They better hope I don't find them...... I just miss my dog.....
