Surprise Easter Cupcakes
1 pkg yellow cake mix -pre heat oven and prepare batter as directions on boxed mix
24 cupcake liners
24 vanilla wafers
24 small foiled chocolate eggs UNwrapped
2 cans vanilla frosting and food coloring of choice to tint frosting and coconut to your liking.
candy sprinkles, sugar crystals, coconut, jelly beans
place liners in cupcake pans and place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of liner, fill 1/2 with batter then place a chocolate egg in center and fill with batter.
Bake according to box mix to golden brown
let cool
Decorate with sprinkles , sugar crystals, coconut, and jelly beans for a festive Easter treat.
