melcon6 Member Joined: Sep 2002 Coastal Maine	I cook it just like I make mashed potato,Peel it Cut into chunks , boil until soft, strain out the water, add butter, very little milk, salt and pepper and whip with electric beater. Yum, yum, even my fussy kids love it .....Now I want some.
