Hi....
We have a 6 yr old trumpet vine that just started to bloom well last year. Duh Its about 8 ft. tall.

You can prune trumpet vine at any time of the year and it should give you more branching and become bushier. They do require heat and sunny days to bloom. Caution: they can become very aggressive, frown but the birds and butterflies love kit
