Does anyone know of the name of the type of purple smoke bush that has a golden yellow blossom. I have only seen pink/purple blooms reported in books and in local nurseries but there are 2 such plants in a neghbour"s yard, which were planted by a previous owner.

This in Toronto area.

Hi Yann,
Can I ask a question???

How do you know that they are a different colored smoke bush??
It just might be a different kind or variety of bush that may be very similar..

Just outta curiousity???

Would you happen to have a picture of the bush???

Thanks Weezie and RugbyHuker,

It has purple leaves like others I have seen on sale in containers (not green). It will bloom in a few weeks so I'll try to get a picture.
