This is also at the warehouse.. wondering what it is? It's probably a good 3' tall, with these approx. .5-1" size flowers.

Those are my Trap plants for Japanese Beetles..
I love them, they go to that plant,
and devour it and I'm not so sad, cause they've
stayed away from other nicer plants..

It's called Common Primrose

Cool, thanks Weezie! Is there a way to get seeds off of this? If it takes and attracts beetles away from my garden, I want some for MY yard next year! wink laugh

****Terry,
I sat here for quite a bit, trying to think of
that "O" word....
It took me a while to remember the other name..
The common  wink one...

****Meg,
Go back to your picture...
and see those green things just under the
flowers going down the stalk???
Kinda remind me of an okra thingie just starting..
That's the seed pod.
Wait until it turns brown, and inside
there should be a ba~zillion little seeds..
Just scatter on top of the ground *away from the
good plants* and mother nature should do the rest.
Also, don't water them, next year, ever..
that way if they're stressed, that's when they
go more to the plant..
They're eating the Pennsylvania Smartweed: Polygonum pensylvanicum
