Well, I'm still waiting, but I check the map every day and they keep getting closer, so it won't be too long now.

Loz: Hummers in Tennesse and North Carolina! Getting closer to me now! Okay, that does it! I had intended to wait till next week to put up my feeder, but they're only 100 miles south of me! My feeder is hung, and the sugar water is thawing in it as I type. I'm glad I had some left over from last year as I wouldn't have had time to prepare a new batch yet before work.

Terry I sure hope you see some soon! The quicker you see them I'll see them! I need to get some sugar for my feeders and buy a few new plastic ones.

Wallyworld has them for $2.48 I believe.
'Tis early, Porter. They are at least 2 weeks ahead of schedule.

Oops, guess I better get busy and set mine up. I know they seem to be moving a lot faster this year, but they always seems to creep up on me. I really want to be ready this year. Now I'm anxious to see which one of us actually sees one first. Thanks a bunch, Porter!
